Ditsch in Jena

The branch no longer exists for a long time.

I have always had good experiences with Ditsch, except in Jena: disinterested staff, loveless display and preparation, there are enough alternatives

Rather expensive and greasy - not up-to-date anymore.

Unfriendly employees. Higher prefer music and don't care about customers.

Friendly service, always good for a quick breakfast.

Now you can forget the shop in Jena! Selection is getting smaller. There is no second store. It works in other cities too!

Food is mostly lukewarm, little choice & expensive

Pizza still ok (partly very greasy and baked too long). But rude employee. Prices borderline. Selection could be larger.

Food was good. Unfortunately, the staff very unfriendly. We wanted to eat a pizza. Unfortunately, this was cold and asked politely if he could make it warm again. He said she was still warm, which was not the case. After an eternal back and forth he has made her warm again, but as if all this was too much for him. And the worst part was that we had to let him tell us how outrageous we are, just because we wanted a hot pizza. And I think that is an outrageous way to express themselves to the customers.

Fast service, friendly staff and pizza is always nice and hot! The price is great! If you are looking for a cheap snack on the go, you are right!

If you want to go fast or you only need a little something on the way always looking for a good alternative.
